Zulti's platforms.
Zulti runs two systems of its own: PSA, where the team runs operations, and the Client Portal, where each client follows the work being done. This page explains what each one does, who uses it and how access works.
Zulti builds and runs its own platforms. There are two, for different audiences, and neither has open sign-up: access is granted by invitation.
Zulti PSA
Who uses it: Zulti's internal team.
Where: psa.zulti.com.br
It's the system where operations happen. It brings together:
- Tickets — logging, triage, handling and history of every client request.
- Projects and tasks — planning, owners, deadlines, time tracking and delivery follow-up.
- Contracts — contracted scope, items and hours used.
- Assets — inventory of clients' equipment and servers, with automated collection.
- Governance — maturity assessments for ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0 and LGPD, with evidence and an action plan.
- Communications — WhatsApp and email conversations linked to the client and the ticket.
Client Portal
Who uses it: Zulti's clients, with access granted by invitation.
Where: cliente.zulti.com.br
It's the client's window into work in progress. There, clients can:
- Follow project progress and the status of each task.
- Comment on tasks and talk with the team in charge.
- Attach files and record audio.
- Open new requests, which the team reviews before they become tasks.
- Approve deliveries or ask for changes, with a record of who approved and when.
Clients only see their own company's projects. Nothing internal to Zulti or belonging to another client appears there.
How you sign in
Both platforms offer sign-in with a Google account. With this sign-in we only receive your name, email address and profile picture, the basic identification scopes (openid, email and profile).
This data is used to authenticate access, identify who performed each action in the system and show your name to other project participants. We don't sell this data, don't use it for advertising and don't share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We don't access your mailbox. No Gmail permission is requested: Zulti doesn't read, send or delete messages in your account.
Optional connections in PSA
Besides sign-in, PSA users can connect two Google integrations. Both are optional, authorized separately, and apply only to the account of whoever turns them on:
- Google Drive (
drive.readonly) — read permission, used to bring into a ticket the content of Google documents the user selects. - Google Calendar (
calendar.events) — create and update events, to mirror project tasks in the calendar of whoever is responsible for them.
Neither is required to use the platforms, and users who don't connect them are not affected.
Full details, including how to revoke Zulti's access to your Google account at any time, are in the Privacy Policy.
There is no open sign-up
Neither platform lets you create an account on your own. Client access starts with an email invitation from Zulti's team; internal access is provisioned by the company itself.
If you received an invitation and couldn't finish signing in, get in touch.
