cloud · sized to your operation

Cloud that fits your operation. And your budget.

Migration, right-sized hosting and Workspace / 365 management. No catalog of 200 services you don't use, and with real operations behind it, instead of leaving you alone in the cloud.

The starting point

Cloud is a commodity when the fit is simple. It almost always is simple.

An old server nobody wants to touch. A cloud bill that grew without a plan. A migration nobody wants to start. The industry sells cloud as if every company needed a catalog of 200 services, globally distributed infrastructure and a portal with no human support. Growing and human-scale companies don't need that. They need reliable servers, stable collaboration tools and someone who answers when something goes wrong. Zulti Cloud was built for that real-world scenario.

What's included

Three offers, one operation.

Each offer solves a different moment in a client's relationship with the cloud. They can be hired separately or combined. A hybrid model that fits the client's reality.

01
Offer 01 · Project

On-premise migration → Cloud

Moving an aging physical server (or an overloaded environment) to the cloud with a fixed scope: an honest assessment of the current environment, a cutover plan, an agreed window, post-migration stabilization. All orchestrated by Zulti. You get your operation running in the cloud, not a migration manual.

02
Offer 02 · Hosting

Cloud Hosting (Zulti)

Virtual servers hosted in the cloud operated by Zulti, with a usage profile sized to your real consumption (CPU, memory, storage). A fixed monthly fee, with no end-of-month bill surprises like the big providers. Operated by Zulti, not a portal where you're on your own.

Offer 03 · Collaboration

Rollout and management of Workspace / 365

Licenses come straight from the vendor (Google or Microsoft, in the company's name). Zulti handles the rollout (initial setup, data migration, policy configuration) and the ongoing management (adding and removing users, adjustments, support). Your team focuses on using it; Zulti runs the environment.

— Cross-cutting layer
Continuous operations: 24/7 uptime and capacity monitoring via RMM, on-demand changes (create a VM, open a port, create a user, adjust a rule) and management of the cloud environment. Requires an active MSP hours contract.

The migration curve

Four phases. Cutover only happens once the environment is validated.

Migration isn't "move everything at once and hope". Zulti builds the new environment in parallel, validates it, and only then cuts over. The window is agreed with you, with no rush.

Phase 01 · weeks 1 to 2

Honest assessment

A survey of the current environment: servers, usage profile, dependencies, integrations, continuity requirements. Zulti tells you up front whether migrating makes sense, and under which conditions. In some cases the recommendation is not to migrate.

deliverable: technical opinion + plan
Phase 02 · weeks 2 to 8

Design and provisioning

The new environment is built in parallel with the current one, without touching live operations. Services are replicated, data is migrated in the background, and key users test in a mirror environment. You keep working on-premise.

deliverable: validated new environment
Phase 03 · agreed window

Controlled cutover

A cutover window agreed with your operation (weekend, holiday, low-usage hours). Final migration of pending data, DNS switch, access adjustments. The old environment stays on standby for a while. If you need to roll back, you can.

deliverable: operations running in the cloud
Phase 04 · 30 to 60 days after cutover

Stabilization

Post-migration follow-up: performance fine-tuning, fixing small issues that only show up with real operations running, training for the people who use the new environment. After stabilization, the cloud moves into continuous operations (via an MSP contract).

deliverable: stable environment + active MSP operations
Fits or not

When moving to the cloud makes sense. And when it doesn't.

Cloud isn't a single decision; it's a series of trade-offs. Zulti does the analysis before any commitment, using objective criteria. The savings that come out of it feed straight into the R$3M our clients have avoided spending, by not buying new hardware every cycle and not paying for a big provider's catalog they don't use.

Worth moving to the cloud

When the cloud delivers real value.

Hardware at end of life. A 5 to 7-year-old server, out of warranty, with parts getting harder to find. Migrating before it fails costs less.
A small team with no hands to look after physical machines. A lean operation with no one to watch the UPS, air conditioning or disk replacements.
High continuity risk. The company can't afford three days without its ERP because of a physical server problem.
A predictable, simple usage profile. ERP, files, email, a few specific services; not a complex DevOps workload or a dependency on specialized hardware.
Predictable growth that needs flexibility. A company that may need to scale capacity in 6 to 12 months without buying a new server.
Maybe not worth it

When it makes sense to wait.

Recent hardware, under warranty, with 3+ years of useful life ahead. Migrating now wastes an investment already made. Wait.
Dependency on specific hardware that doesn't virtualize well. Legacy equipment connected to the server, physical integrations.
Compliance that requires a specific jurisdiction or certification. Case by case. It may require a sovereign cloud outside Zulti's scope.
Very unusual operating hours or a need for 24/7 human on-call. Zulti monitors 24/7 but provides support during business hours. If your operation can't work with that, let's talk first.
A workload that's very expensive in the cloud because of its usage pattern. In rare cases (e.g. continuous heavy processing), on-premise is cheaper. Zulti tells you that up front.
Right-sized cloud, without a catalog of 200 services. Run with care.

Frequently asked questions

When it's time to move to the cloud, every CEO asks the same things.

Cost, jurisdiction, operations. Without the hyperscalers' marketing.

Why choose Zulti Cloud over a big global provider?+
Because the big global providers sell a catalog of hundreds of services, and most companies use three or four. Clients end up paying for sophistication they don't use, left alone in a portal with no close human support. Zulti Cloud is sized to your usage profile: virtual servers, storage and collaboration at the size that makes sense, with a predictable fixed monthly fee and operations run by people who know the environment. Competitive pricing because there's no feature bloat.
Can I hire Zulti Cloud without the MSP?+
Hybrid model. Hosting on Zulti Cloud can be hired on its own. You run the hosted infrastructure yourself. But continuous operations (uptime and capacity monitoring, on-demand changes, infrastructure management, Workspace/365 rollout and management) require an active MSP hours contract. Without the MSP, Zulti doesn't operate your cloud; it's just an infrastructure provider. Zulti doesn't resell vendor software licenses; you buy them in your own name.
What's included in continuous cloud operations?+
Continuous cloud operations cover uptime and capacity monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, threshold alerts), and on-demand setup of new resources (create a VM, open a port, create a Workspace/365 user, adjust a rule). Data/VM backup is part of the Cybersecurity practice (Data Protection). OS and hosted software patches come from the scope of the MSP hours contract. Nothing is billed twice. Each practice has a clear scope.
Who it's NOT for

Some environments only get worse when migrated. Saying so is part of the job.

Commercial honesty has kept us going for almost a decade. In some scenarios, another cloud provider is a better fit. We list them openly to save you evaluation time.

✕
Your operation needs DevOps, Kubernetes or cloud-native architecture: complex CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration at scale, advanced infrastructure as code. Zulti competes in operational cloud for human-scale companies; platform engineering calls for a different kind of provider.
✕
Your migration involves hundreds of servers or multiple data centers. A large-scale cloud transformation program that needs a dedicated team for months. Zulti competes in migrations for growing and human-scale companies; projects of that size call for a dedicated integrator.
✕
Your only criterion is price. IT treated as a cost to cut. Zulti competes on presence, depth and continuity. When the only filter is the bottom line, another provider is a better fit.

Next step

Cloud that fits doesn't come from a catalog. It comes from a conversation.

A direct 15-minute conversation. No off-the-shelf package, no forty-page proposal. The person you talk to makes the decisions.
